Pertemps are exclusively working with an Aylesbury based client who are seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for all visitors and enquiries, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to all departments.
Main Duties: Greet all visitors warmly and ensure they feel comfortable. Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries via telephone, e-mail, and post. Provide general administrative support to all departments Managing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail. Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars. Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations. Maintaining office supplies and inventory. Assisting with data entry and record keeping. Handling confidential information with discretion. Visitor Management: Maintain a visitor log and issue visitor badges. Ensure all visitors adhere to security and safety protocols.
Requirements: Enhanced DBS with Adult Workforce required Previous experience in a Receptionist or Administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
