Role Overview We are currently recruiting for a CCTV Operator to join our passionate and driven Security team based at our client`s site in Drake Circus Shopping Centre Benefits * Wide range of retail discounts * Discounted gym membership * Join our Cycle to Work scheme * Access to "CHROMA", our internal colleague-led diversity and inclusion community - join a committee or take part in our events * Access to internal Mental Health First Aiders * Immediate access to "Opportunity" our internal Learning and Development platform * Required professional membership fees paid for * Win monthly Superstar Awards * Double pay for Bank Holidays * 20 Days Pro Rata Annual Leave Key Responsibilities: * A highly professional CCTV operator for Europe`s largest construction project. * Oversee all site CCTV cameras across London. * Ensure that all sites are always secure. * Recognise any potential security vulnerabilities and escalate accordingly. * Identify certain issues and/or incidents and know when to escalate or deal at a local level. * Able to clearly communicate to senior management. * Able to provide daily briefings to senior management, within the project, on day-to-day security operations. * Escalate any equipment failures to the systems team. * Compile reports for the oncoming operator. About You: * Applicants must have the right to work in the UK * A CCTV License is essential. * Experience in CCTV monitoring or control room. * Experience in an Emergency Response control room is desirable. * Strong communication & organisational skills. * A highly motivated individual. * Computer literate. * High expectations of customer service delivery. * Team player. * Methodical. * Punctual. * Reliable. * Applicant must hold a current CCTV licence.
