This practice is renowned for its expertise in restoring historic buildings while seamlessly integrating contemporary design. They are seeking a dedicated Architect who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to bespoke, high-quality projects. Their portfolio spans heritage conservation, luxury residential, education, and community projects, offering a fantastic opportunity to work on diverse and meaningful designs. The role: - Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion - Work across various RIBA stages, ensuring high-quality design and technical delivery - Prepare design proposals, technical drawings, and specifications - Ensure projects comply with UK building regulations and planning policies - Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver successful outcomes - Oversee and coordinate project teams, ensuring efficiency and quality control  Requirements: - Qualified Architect RIBA / ARB - Experience within conservation and heritage projects - 3 plus years post qualification experience - Proficient in CAD, Vectorworks experience would be desirable - Excellent communication skills - Experience in undertaking complex condition surveys of heritage sites and an understanding of traditional building materials  |
