A prestigious, award-winning architectural consultancy, renowned for its expertise in heritage conservation and high-end residential design, is seeking an experienced Architect to join its dynamic team.

This practice is renowned for its expertise in restoring historic buildings while seamlessly integrating contemporary design. They are seeking a dedicated Architect who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to bespoke, high-quality projects.

You’ll be joining a forward-thinking team that values open communication and meticulous attention to detail. Their portfolio spans heritage conservation, luxury residential, education, and community projects, offering a fantastic opportunity to work on diverse and meaningful designs.

If you have a strong background in conservation and residential architecture and want to be part of a highly respected firm, this would be the perfect role for you!

The role:

- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion
- Work across various RIBA stages, ensuring high-quality design and technical delivery
- Prepare design proposals, technical drawings, and specifications
- Ensure projects comply with UK building regulations and planning policies
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver successful outcomes
- Oversee and coordinate project teams, ensuring efficiency and quality control

 Requirements:

- Qualified Architect RIBA / ARB
- Experience within conservation and heritage projects
- 3 plus years post qualification experience
- Proficient in CAD, Vectorworks experience would be desirable
- Excellent communication skills

- Experience in undertaking complex condition surveys of heritage sites and an understanding of traditional building materials
