Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. - Manage and maintain records, databases, and filing systems. - Co-ordinating Subcontract Trades for completion of works. - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail. - Checking subcontractor invoices and allocating jobs. - Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role (1+ years preferred) - Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
